Carrie oversees communication and belonging. She sends out threads connecting all who are seeking opportunities to deepen into their natural gifts. She is passionate about creating opportunities for others to explore their unique expression while experiencing moments of divinity within themselves.
"The world unifies as one collective consciousness once we each discover our unique creative spark."
Forged in the Grand Canyon and raised under the eye of Angel Moroni.
Carrie comes from the phrases, “Many hands make light work.” And, “Idle hands are the Devil’s playground.”

Carrie has lived a life replete with sorrows and ecstatic heights.
In her early 20s Carrie spent years living and traveling throughout Asia. During that time Carrie became deeply influenced by the practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine. While she lived in China she studied TCM, calligraphy, Mandarin Chinese, and Tai Chi.

Upon returning to the states Carrie followed a call to bring the simple love of movement and an integrated health practice to her community. 5 years later she had created a small fitness empire. Her gyms were SLC Fit Collective and Plank. Additionally, she was featured on a reality show highlighting her as an expert in the fitness industry. She is a certified personal trainer, first aid responder and she has created hundreds of colorful and nourishing meal and fitness plans for her clients and studio members.

Shortly after the reality show aired, Carrie walked away from nearly everything she had built. She confronted a major ego death as her gyms were largely connected to her sense of identity in the world. She has spent the last 7 years walking the journey within. Confronting the unaddressed traumas of her own childhood. Discovering her unique artistry. During that time she continued to travel this world. She became a photographer, a musician, an artist and deepened her relationships with her friends and family. She leads Artist's Way groups, teaches guitar, voice and piano lessons and she helps other soulful entrepreneurs ground their business and their brands. She has dedicated her life to helping others find their own unique creative expression.

Her love of movement has remained a constant point of connection in her life. A native Utahn, Carrie spent her childhood visiting the numerous National Parks and geological wonders that populate The American West. She has a deep love for the mountains and rivers of this land. She can often be found birding, climbing rocks and trees, or running through the trails of the Wasatch with her 4-legged companion, Susan.

Carrie's artistic expression surfaces in myriad ways. She is currently most interested in communing with music, the sun and water. She utilizes the cyanotype medium in conversation with the sun to ask where one is sacred and where one is profane. She notices the chi of her own body as she freely allows the water to guide her calligraphic sumi ink practice.
Wherever she is, you can rest assured knowing Susan and her guitar are close by.
